GIMBER's take on the classic mojito recipe. This alcohol-free mojito combines the freshness of mint, the tartness of lime and the subtle warmth of ginger for a refreshing and aromatic cocktail. Perfect for any summer occasion!
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Servings: 1 mocktail
Difficulty: Easy
Type of glass: Highball glass or tumbler
Ingredients
- 25 ml GIMBER N°1 Original
- 60 ml chilled sparkling water
- 10 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml cane sugar syrup
- 12 fresh mint leaves
- ½ lime, cut into wedges
- Crushed ice
For decoration
- A few fresh mint leaves
- Dried ginger (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Place the 12 fresh mint leaves, ½ lime wedges and 15 ml sugar syrup directly into the glass.
- Muddle gently: Using a muddler, gently crush the ingredients together to release the essential oils from the mint and the juice from the lime. Be careful not to shred the mint, just press it.
- Add the liquids: Pour in 25 ml of GIMBER N°1 Original and 10 ml of fresh lime juice.
- Add the ice: Fill the glass generously with crushed ice to the top.
- Top up with sparkling water: Gently pour in 60 ml of sparkling water to preserve the bubbles.
- Mix: Stir gently from bottom to top with a long spoon to mix all the ingredients well.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with a nice sprig of fresh mint and, for an original touch, sprinkle lightly with dried ginger.
Cheers!

GIMBER's tips
- The muddling technique: Gently press the mint without tearing it to avoid bitterness.
- Ultra-fresh mint: Choose mint that is green and fragrant, rinse it and dry it before use.
- Homemade sugar syrup: Mix equal parts water and sugar, heat until completely dissolved, then leave to cool.
- Less sweet version: Reduce the sugar syrup to 10 ml according to your preferences.
- Crushed ice: If you don't have any, wrap ice cubes in a clean tea towel and crush them with a rolling pin.
- Lime: Always use fresh juice, never bottled.
- Vary the flavours: You can also use GIMBER BRUT or GIMBER LILLY to vary the flavours.
