GIMBER SUMMER SLUSH

INGREDIENTS

MOCKTAIL

  • 50ml GIMBER
  • 300g peeled watermelon
  • 5cm peeled cucumber
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 2 sprigs cilantro

TO GARNISH

  • sprig of mint

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender along with 200gr of crushed ice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain into a nice (chilled) glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
