Ingredients:
In a cup, carefully combine the matcha powder with 20 ml of GIMBER N°2 Brut. Ensure that you form a smooth and even paste, free of lumps.
Bring the 120 ml of water to a boil in a saucepan. Once boiling, remove it from the heat.
Slowly pour the hot water over the matcha and Gimber mixture in your cup. Stir to achieve a uniform consistency. At this stage, you can add the vanilla extract for a fragrant touch.
In another saucepan, heat the milk of your choice (semi-skimmed or plant-based) until it's warm, but not boiling. Then gently pour the milk into your cup, stirring to produce a delightful Gimber Matcha Latte.
