In a saucepan, pour the apple juice, GIMBER N°1 Original, cinnamon stick, and cardamom pod.
Warm the mixture over medium heat without boiling, stirring occasionally for 10 to 15 minutes to let the spices infuse.
Strain the mixture to remove the cinnamon and cardamom, then pour into a mug.
Garnish with a dried apple slice and, if desired, sprinkle a bit of cinnamon powder over the apple.
