Ingredients:

  • 1 organic butternut squash
  • 500 g fresh potato gnocchi
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 sprigs of sage
  • 3 sprigs of thyme
  • 20 g roasted pumpkin seeds
  • 15 cl GIMBER
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 10 cl olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR GIMBER GNOCCHI?

Step by Step

Preparing the Squash and Herbs

Rinse the butternut squash and halve it lengthwise.
Remove the seeds and cube the squash, leaving the skin on.
Detach the sage leaves from their stems and finely chop the larger ones.

Cooking the Butternut Squash

In a non-stick pan, heat half of the olive oil.

Pour the GIMBER over the mixture and add the roasted pumpkin seeds.
