The GIM'Basque

Put the GIMBER, the lime, the Lillet, the Espelette pepper and two strawberries into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds. Pour through a strainer into a glass.Garnish with a halved strawberry, a sprig of mint and some Timut pepper seeds. Enjoy !
  • 20 ml GIMBER
  • 20 ml limoen
  • 60 ml Lillet Rosé
  • 1 eetlepel Espelettepeper
  • 3 verse aardbeien
  • een paar peperkorrels van Timut
