Step by Step

Prepare the Vegetables

Begin by peeling and dicing the butternut squash, red pepper, and red onion.

Cooking

In a large pot, sauté the red onion until translucent. 

Add the diced butternut and red pepper, then pour in the vegetable broth until the vegetables are fully covered. 

Let it simmer until the butternut is tender.

Blending and Seasoning

Once the vegetables are cooked, blend the soup using an immersion blender until it reaches a smooth consistency.

Add GIMBER N°1 Original (50ml), oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.

Serving
