  • 30 ml GIMBER N°2 Brut
  • 40 ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
  • 15 ml spicy syrup (rosemary, cilantro seed, cardamom)
  • 10 ml fresh lemon juice
  • Soda
  • Roasted grapefruit
  • Sprig of rosemary
  • Ice

How to mix your GIMBER Citrus Spritz?

Step by step

Ice

  1. Fill the glass with ice 

Add the ingredients

  1. Add the GIMBER N°2 Brut, pink grapefruit juice, spicy syrup and lemon juice and stir.

The last ingredient

  1. Top with soda and stir gently

Finish & enjoy

  1. Garnish the glass with the roasted grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.
