Lemon GIMBER Energy Bites

For 14 balls

  • 30 ml of GIMBER S°1 Sweet Lilly
  • 5 dates (120gr)
  • 50 gr pecans
  • 30 + 50 gr hemps seeds
  • 10 gr coconut flakes
  • 1 lemon zest
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt

How do you make the Lemon GIMBER energy balls?

Step by step

Crush the nuts

  1. Place the pecans in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

Mix the ingredients

  1. Add the dates, 30 gr of hemp seeds, coconut flakes, GIMBER Sweet Lilly, salt and vanilla extract (optional). Blend until the mixture becomes crumbly and starts to stick together.

Roll small balls

  1. Make bite-sized balls with your hands and roll the balls through the hemp seeds & zest mixture.


  1. Place in a box and store it in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for a few months.
