  • 30 ml GIMBER N°2 Brut
  • 2 sprigs of fresh cilantro
  • 4 fresh basil leaves
  • 50 ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 50 ml green tea
  • 4 lime wedges
  • 15 ml sugarcane syrup

How to mix your GIMBER Apollo?

Step by step

Start with the lime wedges

  1. Muddle lime wedges in a glass.

Add the other ingredients

  1. Add cilantro, basil, fresh grapefruit juice, GIMBER N°2 Brut and sugarcane syrup.


Continue with the ice

  1. Add crushed ice and mix well.

Finish

  1. Add more crushed ice and pour in the green tea. Top up with crushed ice and stir gently. Garnish with fresh grapefruit, lime and basil.
