What is the GIMBER subscription?
You automatically receive your GIMBER concentrates at the frequency you choose, without having to reorder each time. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that your order includes an auto-renewal subscription. You will be automatically billed at each renewal until you cancel.
What delivery frequencies are available?
You can choose between a delivery every 2, 4 or 6 weeks depending on your consumption.
Which countries are eligible for the subscription?
The subscription is available in all countries where Gimber currently delivers. You can check if your country is eligible at checkout.
How does billing work?
Your card is charged automatically with each renewal, based on your chosen frequency. The first order is triggered immediately, then the following ones at regular intervals. You will continue to be billed automatically until you cancel your subscription.
Can I change my delivery frequency?
Yes, you can change the frequency (2, 4 or 6 weeks) from your customer portal up to 1 day before your next scheduled order.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can temporarily suspend your subscription from your customer portal, as long as you do so at least 1 day before your next scheduled order.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time, with no commitment or fees. To avoid being charged for the next renewal, make sure to cancel at least 1 day before your renewal date from your account settings.
Can I change the products in my subscription?
Yes, you can update the references or quantities from your customer portal, up to 1 day before your next scheduled order.
How do I access my subscription portal?
You receive an access link by email after your first order. You can also access it directly from your account on the GIMBER website.
When will my next order be placed?
The date is visible in your customer portal. You will also receive a reminder email before each renewal.
What happens if my payment fails?
You will receive an email to update your payment information. The order is automatically retried after a short delay.
Can I have multiple active subscriptions at the same time?
Yes, you can subscribe to multiple subscriptions with different frequencies.
Does the subscription include shipping costs?
No, standard shipping fees apply to each order, just like a regular purchase.
Can I choose my preferred delivery date?
At the moment, delivery dates are set automatically based on your chosen frequency.
What happens if I cancel after my order has already been prepared?
If your order has already entered preparation, it cannot be cancelled and will be shipped as planned. No refund will be issued for that cycle.
Can I offer a Gimber subscription as a gift?
Gift subscriptions are not available yet, but stay tuned!
