ORGANIC GIMBER PINEAPPLE PUNCH
Ingredients
- 1 organic pineapple
- 3cl GIMBER
- 15cl soda water/tonic
- 1 sprig rosemary
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Make some fresh pineapple juice

Halfway fill two glasses with ice cubes.
- Mix the pineapple juice and GIMBER together in a cocktail shaker and mix well.
- Top with club soda/tonic
- Optional: serve with a spring of rosemary
