Passion fruit breakfast bowl

Ingredients

  • 4 passion fruits
  • 1 mango
  • 600 g skyr or plant-based yoghurt
  • 120 g granola
  • 20 ml GIMBER

Method

  1. Peel and dice the mango. Halve the passion fruits and scoop their pulp into a bowl.

  2. Shake the GIMBER, then blend half of it into the skyr/yoghurt. Sprinkle over the granola, the mango and the passion fruit pulp. Drizzle with the remaining GIMBER.
