30 ml of GIMBER S°1 Sweet Lilly 5 dates (120gr) 50 gr pecans 30 + 50 gr hemps seeds 10 gr coconut flakes 1 lemon zest ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) Pinch of sea salt
Place the pecans in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
Add the dates, 30 gr of hemp seeds, coconut flakes, GIMBER Sweet Lilly, salt and vanilla extract (optional). Blend until the mixture becomes crumbly and starts to stick together.
Make bite-sized balls with your hands and roll the balls through the hemp seeds & zest mixture.
Place in a box and store it in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for a few months.
