For 14 balls
30 ml of GIMBER S°1 Sweet Lilly
5 dates (120gr)
50 gr pecans
30 + 50 gr hemps seeds
10 gr coconut flakes
1 lemon zest
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
- Place the pecans in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- Add the dates, 30 gr of hemp seeds, coconut flakes, GIMBER Sweet Lilly, salt and vanilla extract (optional). Blend until the mixture becomes crumbly and starts to stick together.
- Make bite-sized balls with your hands and roll the balls through the hemp seeds & zest mixture.
- Place in a box and store it in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for a few months.
