Hot Cider Mule



Ingredients

For 1 pot

  • 750 ml cider (preferably dry, not to sweet cider)
  • 100 ml dry white vermouth
  • 100 ml GIMBER
  • 50 gr sugar cane syrup (less if cider is sweet)
  • 2 cinnamon stick
  • 3 cloves
  • 1/2 orange sliced (bio or wash well!)
  • ½ lemon sliced (bio or wash well!)
  • 2 cardamom pods

Description

  1. Put all ingredients in pot on a low fire and let simmer for 30 min. Do not boil!
  2. Garnish with lemon slices with 3 cloves
