For 1 pot Ingredients 750ml (1 bottle) red wine (preferably fruity red with low on tannins) 100ml GIMBER 100ml sugar cane syrup (use less is you prefer less sweet) 2 cinnamon stick 3 cloves 1 orange sliced (bio or wash well!) 1 star anise Description Put all ingredients in pot on a low fire and let simmer for 30 min.
