For 1 pot


  • 750ml (1 bottle) red wine (preferably fruity red with low on tannins)
  • 100ml GIMBER
  • 100ml sugar cane syrup (use less is you prefer less sweet)
  • 2 cinnamon stick
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 orange sliced (bio or wash well!)
  • 1 star anise


  1. Put all ingredients in pot on a low fire and let simmer for 30 min.
  2. Do not boil!
  3. Garnish with orange slices with 3 cloves
