This ginger ice lolly recipe from GIMBER transforms ginger into a refreshing and surprising ice lolly.
Made with fresh orange juice, mint and GIMBER N°1 Original, this ice lolly is ideal in summer, as a light dessert or as a refreshing, alcohol-free treat.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Freezing time: 2 hours minimum
Servings: 4 to 6 ice lollies (depending on the moulds)

Ingredients
- 1 sprig of fresh mint
- 150 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 100 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 75 ml GIMBER N°1 Original
- 50 ml sugar water
Instructions
- Crumple the mint leaves to release their aroma.
- Mix them with the orange juice, lime juice, GIMBER N°1 Original and sugar water.
- Strain the mixture to obtain a smooth and pleasant texture.
- Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds.
- Place in the freezer for about 2 hours, until the ice lollies are set.
