- 50ml GIMBER or more (to taste)
- 500ml water
- 1 medium orange
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
- Cut half of the orange into wedges, and squeeze the juice out of the other half.
- Put the wedges, orange juice and other ingredients in a saucepan, then bring everything to the boil over a low heat.
- Taste and add an extra splash of GIMBER if necessary.
- Pour into glasses.
