Ingredients 50ml GIMBER or more (to taste) 500ml water 1 medium orange 1 cinnamon stick 1 star anise Method Cut half of the orange into wedges, and squeeze the juice out of the other half. Put the wedges, orange juice and other ingredients in a saucepan, then bring everything to the boil over a low heat. Taste and add an extra splash of GIMBER if necessary. Pour into glasses. Enjoy !
