GIMBER Apple Spritz

(5 servings) 

35 cl organic homemade apple juice
10 cl GIMBER
5 sage leaves
Sparkling water
Ice cubes

  1. In a large container, mix GIMBER with homemade apple juice and add the sage leaves. 
  2. Leave to infuse and cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. 
  3. When ready to serve, mix well. 
  4. Place ice cubes in mocktail glasses, pour the mixture. 
  5. Top up with a dash of sparkling water
