Our friend and food blogger Jadis from The Lemon Kitchen has been using GIMBER in her delicious recipes. This time she made an easy and healthy bell pepper soup with GIMBER and lemon.
- Mix of 5 bell peppers (approx. 1kg)
- 3 tbsp of GIMBER
- 1 organic lemon
- 400 ml water (1 bouillon cube)
- 1 tsp of seasoned salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp soy cream
