
GIMBER SUMMER SLUSH
Ingredients
For 1 mocktail
- 50ml GIMBER N°2 Brut
- 300g peeled watermelon
- 5cm peeled cucumber
- 5 mint leaves
- 2 sprigs cilantro
To garnish
- sprig of mint
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender along with 200gr of crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain into a nice (chilled) glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
