Salmon Sashimi Recipe | GIMBER The Original

Ingredients

• Fresh salmon
• 1 tablespoon snipped chives
• 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves
• 1⁄2 teaspoons roasted sesame seeds

Dressing

• 3 cl GIMBER N°1 Original
• 5 cl sesame oil
• Salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Arrange the sliced fresh salmon on a plate and drizzle the dressing sauce on top.
2. Sprinkle with the roasted sesame seeds, chives and cilantro leaves and serve.
