Ingredients
- 30 ml GIMBER N°1 Original
- 30 ml raspberry coulis
- 20 ml lime juice
- 10 ml cane sugar syrup
- 30 ml long-steeped hibiscus tea
- Crushed ice
Instructions
- Pour the GIMBER, raspberry coulis, lime juice, cane sugar syrup and hibiscus tea into a shaker filled with crushed ice.
- Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
- Strain the mocktail through a strainer and pour it into a coupette, without ice.
