For 1 mocktail
- 30ml GIMBER
- 2 sprigs of fresh cilantro
- 4 fresh basil leaves
- 50ml pink grapefruit juice
- 50ml green tea
- 4 lime wedges
- 15ml sugarcane syrup
- Muddle lime wedges in a glass.
- Add cilantro, basil, fresh grapefruit juice, GIMBER and sugarcane syrup.
- Add crushed ice and mix well.
- Add more crushed ice and pour in the green tea. Top up with crushed ice and stir gently.
- Garnish with fresh grapefruit, lime and basil.
