For 1 cocktail : 20ml GIMBER 20ml of lime 60ml of Lillet Rosé 1 tablespoon of Espelette pepper 3 fresh strawberries a few peppercorns of Timut pepper Put the GIMBER, the lime, the Lillet, the Espelette pepper and two strawberries into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds. Pour through a strainer into a glass. Garnish with a halved strawberry, a sprig of mint and some Timut pepper seeds. Enjoy !
