
Passion fruit breakfast bowl
Ingredients
Serves 4
- 4 passion fruits
- 1 mango
- 600 g skyr or plant-based yoghurt
- 120 g granola
- 20 ml GIMBER
Instructions
- Peel and dice the mango. Halve the passion fruits and scoop their pulp into a bowl.
- Shake the GIMBER, then blend half of it into the skyr/yoghurt. Sprinkle over the granola, the mango and the passion fruit pulp. Drizzle with the remaining GIMBER.
