Tropical Gimber Sour
Ingredients
- 30ml GIMBER
- 30ml Pineapple juice
- 30ml Lime juice
- 15ml Sugar water
- 30ml Egg white
Instructions
- Cool the glass in advance
- Put all ingredients in the shaker
- Shake without ice
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake again
- Strain the cocktail in the glass
- Garnish with dried pineapple, ginger & lime
