Ingredients

• 1 organic pineapple
• 3cl GIMBER N°1 Original
• 15cl soda water/tonic
• 1 sprig rosemary
• Ice cubes

Instructions

1. Make some fresh pineapple juice

2. Halfway fill two glasses with ice cubes.

3. Mix the pineapple juice and GIMBER together in a cocktail shaker and mix well.
4. Top with club soda/tonic
5. Optional: serve with a spring of rosemary
