For 1 pot
- 750ml (1 bottle) red wine (preferably fruity red with low on tannins)
- 100ml GIMBER
- 100ml sugar cane syrup (use less is you prefer less sweet)
- 2 cinnamon stick
- 3 cloves
- 1 orange sliced (bio or wash well!)
- 1 star anise
- Put all ingredients in pot on a low fire and let simmer for 30 min.
- Do not boil!
- Garnish with orange slices with 3 cloves
