Ingredients
For 1 mocktail
- 30ml GIMBER N°1 Original
- 50ml mandarin juice
- 15ml almond syrup
- 15ml lemon juice
- egg white
- ice
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds.
- Strain into a coupette.
- Garnish with roasted, flaked almonds and mandarin zest.
