GIMBER Citrus Spritz

Ingredients

For 1 mocktail

• 30ml GIMBER N°2 Brut
• 40ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
• 15ml spicy syrup (rosemary, cilantro seed, cardamom)
• 10ml fresh lemon juice
• soda
• roasted grapefruit
• sprig of rosemary
• ice

Instructions

1. Fill the glass with ice
2.  Add the GIMBER Brut, pink grapefruit juice, spicy syrup and lemon juice and stir.
3. Top with soda and stir gently
4. Garnish the glass with the roasted grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.
