Ingredients
For 1 mocktail
- 30ml GIMBER N°2 Brut
- 40ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
- 15ml spicy syrup (rosemary, cilantro seed, cardamom)
- 10ml fresh lemon juice
- soda
- roasted grapefruit
- sprig of rosemary
- ice
Instructions
- Fill the glass with ice
- Add the GIMBER Brut, pink grapefruit juice, spicy syrup and lemon juice and stir.
- Top with soda and stir gently
- Garnish the glass with the roasted grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.
