GIMBER BASIL SMASH

INGREDIENTS

MOCKTAIL

  • 30ml GIMBER
  • 30ml non-alcoholic gin
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 20ml cane sugar syrup
  • 10 basil leaves

TO GARNISH

  • some basil

 

1. Pour the cane sugar syrup into a glass.

2. Put the basil leaves into the glass and gently muddle.

3. Pour the rest of the ingredients into the glass.

4. Fill the glass completely with crushed ice and stir well.

5. Add extra crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of basil.
