Ingredients

For 1 mocktail

• 30 ml GIMBER N°3 Lilly
• 180 ml chilled sparkling water
• 40 ml pear juice
• 1 sprig of rosemary
• 1 thin slice of pear
• A few ice cubes (optional but refreshing)

Instructions

1. Pour 30 ml of GIMBER N°3 Lilly into a large glass.
2. Add 180 ml of sparkling water and 40 ml of pear juice.
3. Stir gently to keep the fizz alive.
4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a thin slice of pear.
