
Ginger-Garlic Cocktail Meatballs
Ingredients
- 500 g breadcrumbs
- 500 g lean ground chicken
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2-3 tablespoons GIMBER
- 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Making the meatballs: Mix and scrunch all the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined (but be careful not to over-mix ). Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Bake meatballs in a frying pan for 10 to 15 minutes or until they’re completely cooked through.
- Remove and serve immediately, with a sprinkling of greens onions.
