Ingredients

For 1 mocktail: 

• 30ml GIMBER N°2 Brut
• 60ml pineapple juice
• 40ml coconut milk
• 20ml fresh lime juice
• 20ml cane sugar syrup
• tip of mint
• ice
• tumbler

Instructions

1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard for 15 seconds.
2. Pour through a strainer into a tumbler full of ice cubes
3. Garnish with the mint
