Ingredients 

For 1 mocktail

• 30ml GIMBER N°1 Original
• 50ml mandarin juice
• 15ml almond syrup
• 15ml lemon juice
• egg white
• ice

Instructions

1. Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
2. Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds.
3. Strain into a coupette.
4. Garnish with roasted, flaked almonds and mandarin zest.
