Green Tea GIMBER Sour


Sage syrup

  • 250 ml water
  • 200 g sugar
  • 10 sage leaves

For 1 mocktail

  • 120 ml green tea
  • 20 ml fresh lime juice
  • 20 ml GIMBER
  • 15 ml sage syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • a few ice cubes


  1. Prepare the sage syrup by warming the water with the sugar and sage leaves over a low heat until the sugar has completely dissolved. Leave the syrup to cool to room temperature and then sieve to remove the sage leaves.

  2. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and shake hard for 1 minute. Open the shaker, add a few ice cubes and shake hard for another minute.

  3. Strain the mocktail into a chilled glass without the ice.

TIP: Store the remaining sage syrup in a sealed bottle in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 months.
