CFO

You will be part of the management team and co-responsible for further building our kicking growth story.

 

YOUR CUP OF GIMBER?

  • Take on final responsibility of the finance team which counts 6 people
  • Set up and monitor the budget & financial planning process
  • Build/Present laser-sharp financial dashboards & analysis to ensure the organization’s goals are achieved.
  • Install financial processes in the team and in full company
  • Assist in future fundraisings by analyzing investment proposals and providing advice about the desirability thereof
  • Prepare all financial reports for the board
  • Maintain close contact with external stakeholders (bankers, investors,…) and challenge internal stakeholders on their financial results
  • Make sure our accounting process is compliant with all requirements in order to have an accurate accounting position at all times
  • You will report to the Managing Director

  • You have obtained a Master's degree in finance or economics
  • At least 8 years of experience of which the last two years in a similar role

E-mail & CRM Specialist

THE POSITION

As the E-mail & CRM Specialist you will be the essential key in our marketing automation and e-mail communication strategies. This role requires experience in a digital marketing project management environment. With your proactive, hands-on and organized way of working, you will execute your extensive range of responsibilities effortlessly. Having a varied role and an important impact on the business within the company will certainly not be missing!

YOUR CUP OF GIMBER? 

- Create and execute marketing automation and email communication strategies
- Identify, test, and implement new strategies to improve click-through, open, and conversion rates
- Build responsive, personalized customer journeys and email campaigns
- Create, format, proof, and test emails to support our marketing automation and general email marketing strategy
- Work alongside creative and writing resources to develop content
- Expand and manage website entry points allowing for dynamic and progressive data sourcing
- Understand, customize, and optimize the entire campaign management and automation process, to include new campaign requirements, development tests, production execution and quality control
- Work with other internal stakeholders in order to gain an expertise and understanding of the necessary messages and automation requirements
- Maintain overall email list health by building re-engagement strategies, file purges, and email verification
- Monitor and minimize unsubscribe/bounce/complaint rates and ensure spam regulation compliance (e.g. GDPR compliance)
- Report on campaign performance and established KPIs
- Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to deliver continuous improvements to email campaigns

      YOU IN A NUTSHELL

      - You have a minimum of 4 years demonstrated experience in managing digital projects, specifically with a focus on email marketing and marketing automation
      - Knowledge of email marketing & marketing automation platforms
      - Excellent digital project management skills
      - Solid understanding of the email production process: email design, email copywriting, template development, content integration, campaign and flow setups, quality assurance and email analytics
      - Ability to think strategically, execute quickly, and drive multiple objectives simultaneously with strong attention to detail
      - Being organized and detail-oriented
      - Proactively reaching out to internal stakeholders (sales, customer success, logistics, finance,...) to gather relevant information to feed your email campaigns and flows
      - Knowledge of how all digital media work together in a multichannel digital communication approach

          PROFIL

          • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse des Premium-Bio- und achtsamen F&B-Marktes in Deutschland (auf Marketing-Ebene)
          • Kenntnisse über Einzelhandelsketten
          • Kenntnisse über Verbraucherverhalten und wie man es positiv beeinflussen kann
          • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten
          • Social-Media- und digitale Kompetenzen

          Product & Innovation Manager

          THE POSITION

          One of the next people to join the marketing-division, is the Product & Innovation Manager (HQ). As you can see in the title, this position is divided into a 50% Product Manager-role, as well as a 50% Innovation Manager job. You’ll be a very important part of the chain between R&D & Marketing and will report directly to the Head of Brand.

          OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

          Your pitbull-mentality (aka “you don’t let loose until you get the information you need”) and experience within the consumables-world, your skills as a structured and stress resilient GIMBER-woman/men/X will make you the best candidate for this role.

          In (very) short, your daily tasks will include:

          • Owning the product portfolio and being the go-to-person for all matters involving the product
          • Teaming up with the R&D, Marketing, Factory & Management team
          • Taking the lead in product innovation and analysing the market until you know every m² of the GIMBER potential
          • Following up those innovation processes from A to Z
          • You cannot imagine what has been cooking and still to come
