Of course, living an alcohol free lifestyle isn’t always easy. Alcohol frequently plays a role in our social and professional lives. It can be difficult to find a satisfying alternative. Dimitri, our founder, knew this and was tired of being forced to choose between bad wine and sugary soft drinks at endless social and work events. After searching high and low he realized there was no good alternative, so he decided to create his own!

When he finally emerged from the lab (his kitchen) with the drink that would become GIMBER he knew that he was revolutionizing the way we socialize, but what he did not know was the seemingly limitless health advantages to an alcohol-free lifestyle.
